Corporate Responsibility

Sustainable excellence and commitment: This is the way the Corporative Responsibility is understood in Group SOS. The management model guarantees economic results in the people, the community, the clients and consumers.

Like the strategy and plans of the organization, the Corporative Responsibility is structured around the analysis and planning, is executed thanks to programs and is verified through indicators and control mechanisms designed for this aim.

For its definition three basic aspects are considered:

  • Potential improvement in the reputacional positioning.
  • Importance and coherence with the business – Strategic.
  • Relevance for the stakeholders

This three-dimensional analysis serves to fit the activities of the organization, including as much the internal aspects as the needs of the community.

Once delimited the scope, with the purpose of materializing the Director Plan, a methodology of identification of priorities has been applied. Then programs have been settled down which are supervised periodically.

In the following sections, details of these phases can be found, including the first results for year 2009.
