The SOS Group issues Periodical Public Information every quarter, in fulfilment of the regulations in force.

We prepare our Bulletin with the same content, albeit more in the form of a synopsis. There you will be able to find the most relevant financial information on the period concerned, as well as the evolution of the Group by comparison with the previous business year.

Before being made available to all of you through our website, this information is officially registered at the National Commission on the Securities Exchange and may be consulted in its entire extent through its website.

In addition, at least once a year, coinciding with the close of the business year, and in collaboration with the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros), the SOS Group meets with investors and analysts to present the results on income pertaining to the said business year as well as the provisions for the next.

Likewise, whenever some corporate operation is undertaken in the SOS Group, it prepares the pertinent presentation addressed to the community of investors and financial institutions, etc., as the case may warrant.
