The company reports that it has notified the National Securities Commission (CNMV in its Spanish initials) of a shareholder agreement between Jesús Salazar Bello and Teinver, S.A., under which the latter has acquired 7,000,000 shares of Sos Cuétara, S.A., representing 5.093% of the total share capital of the company. Said agreement was amended in 2008 as a consequence of the disposal of 1,500,000 of the shares to which the agreement relates.
